COVID-19 Ground Zero is in the Official Selection of the 2021 Chelsea Film Festival in New York City!
It's particularly significant to have our US premiere in New York, which in a certain sense is a co-protagonist of our film. COVID-19 is a story of pain, but also of love, resilience and heroism. Starring Laura Weissbecker and Cyril Durel, the film is directed by Mustafa Ozgun. Music by Marco Valerio Antonini.

The Budapest Scoring Symphony recorded Marco's upcoming soundtrack to COVID-19 Ground Zero, a drama piece dealing with the condition of first responders and healthcare workers in NYC during the first wave of coronavirus in 2020.
The film is written and directed by Mustafa Ozgun, starring, written and produced by Laura Weissbecker and produced by Donald Kushner.
Marton Toth conducted the orchestra in Budapest.
Marco's new concert piece Unfolding Light for String Quintet or String Orchestra is now available as part of the LAFCI 2020 New Music Project, an initiative curated by Los Angeles Film Conducting Intensive to create a collection of new works giving voice to the extraordinary events of 2020 while offering new repertoire sensible to the challenge contemporary music ensembles will face in programming the upcoming concert season. The piece, that can be performed by any size of string ensemble, with an eye to smaller, chamber formations to deal with Social Distancing regulation, is a reflection on the meaning these difficult times carry for each one of us. The piece is available at https://www.lafci.org/2020-new-music-project in the Ensembles section for ensembles and performers to download and program in their concerts, and you can listen to a demo of Unfolding Light on the project's SoundCloud page at this link.
